The team here at De Costa Realty is proud to be a part of the Greater Tampa Area community. Many of us were born and raised here; we are vested in the community, and it is our great honor to serve this community, giving back in any way we can.

We proudly support the people and communities we serve by donating our time and talent and offering financial support. 

We believe in the power of education. And we want to help make higher education accessible to local students. Each year, we provide partial scholarships to multiple students in need of financial assistance.

Clothing is about so much more than having something to wear; it presents an image to everyone we meet. Fairly or not, people are often judged on their clothing. This is especially true in situations like job interviews where people are being evaluated. So we want to make sure that Tampa area residents have clothing they can feel good about. Each year, we run a clothing drive to collect gently-used clothing for locals in need.
